If it’s not transfers picking up the headlines, then it’s usually kit leaks that bring the Arsenal community to life on social media these days. Following a 25 year break, the Gunners and sporting manufacturer Adidas reunited in 2019 to the relief of many following a relatively underwhelming partnership with Puma.
Arsenal supporters have not looked back since, with Adidas dropping beautiful kits every single year. That theme is set to continue next season after leaked images of the 2022/23 Home, Away and Third shirt surfaced over the last couple of weeks.
The black and gold away shirt, in particular, stood out. It features a gray background pattern that appears to take inspiration from the large ARSENAL lettering that can be seen outside the Emirates Stadium.

Despite next season’s kits already being out there for all to see, it hasn’t stopped concept designers from creating their own takes on Adidas’ outfits. A number of concepts have and continue to be posted online, leaving many people desperate for them to be released instead of the real thing. Let’s take a look at some of the ideas that have left fans drooling.

A Gucci collab, anyone? Arsenal and Adidas recently teamed up with fashion designer Stella McCartney to release a collection that celebrates the Arsenal Women’s team on and off the pitch, so similar partnerships can’t be ruled out in the future.
This bruised banana inspired away kit design went down well, with the collar completing a very simple but effective shirt concept which reminds me of Puma’s 2014-15 take.
@Nik_Solomonson: Bruised banana trim is tuff
@FutDaddy_: Yeah that neck trim is seriousss
Finally, here is one which went viral last year and it’s no surprise why. An incredible home shirt concept that is a nod towards the 1992 kit featuring a golden trim. It’s without a doubt one of the most beautiful designs I have ever seen and Arsenal fans agree.
@AmbrozRitz: absolute beauty
@MartisakaFc: I’d spend every last penny I have on that
@JosephPetrassi: If that was real, that would be our best home kit ever imo
